I’m Ann, a textile artist living in the South San Francisco Bay Area at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains. My art is inspired by a deep love of nature and the wildlife I encounter in the woods near my home and on my travels. Sustainability lies at the heart of my creative approach. I incorporate upcycled and repurposed materials in all of my work.

  • Ann's gift for choosing fabrics and sewing the birds that she does is amazing. The hand painted, yellow pansy butterfly is a whimsical touch. I am sure, that when I unwrapped this Brewer's Blackbird, I heard a little chirp. This bird will be singing to me every day.
